About us Our team here at Whangaparaoa Vet Centre have a genuine passion for the work we do. Our facility also has a light and spacious boarding cattery.

We can't think of a better job than working with pets and seeing the pleasure that they bring to our clients. We understand the bond that develops with our cherished pets and greatly appreciate the trust our clients place with us. We have developed a great team of like minded people here at the Clinic with a wide range of skills and expertise to share with our clients. Our Veterinary Nurses are al

l fully qualified and our caring Veterinarians are committed to keeping up with all the latest developments in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery. We have a modern, spacious purpose built Veterinary Practice with features such as a separate imaging room, pharmacy and sterile surgical suite. You are welcome to ask to have a tour of the Clinic. Of recent times we have made a range of renovations and modernisations and also added some of the latest Veterinary equipment. Our passion for the clinic and our work here means we will continue, with your support, to improve the range of services that can be provided to our clients and their furry companions on the Peninsula.

We have had a grey and white cat brought into the clinic that unfortunately has been hit by a car and succumbed to it's injuries. The cat is microchipped but the contact information is wrong, we think the cat may have been adopted from Helping Paws Rescue originally. If this sounds like it could be your pet please contact the clinic on 09 4247752.

*UPDATE* Owner has been found ☺️

Found Dog‼️

A kind member of the public has brought in an tricolour entire male cross breed dog. He was found in Stanmore Bay near Langton Road and Claude Road. Unfortunately he has no chip or collar. If you think this may be your dog please do not hesitate to contact us on 09 424 7752.

FOUND DOG ALERT‼️
A kind member of the public has handed in an extremely sweet entire male dog, he is a large breed of slim build & brindle in colour.

Unfortunately he does not have a microchip. He was found at the bottom of Brian Crescent & is safe here at the clinic.

Proof of ownership will be required upon collection.🐾💕

Unfortunately, we have had a deceased, young female tabby with white & ginger markings cat brought into us. She is not microchipped. She was found on the corner of Langton road & Brightside.
