I visited Gracie yesterday and she is content with the loving care at the clinic. Still receiving chemotherapy. DONATIONS to cover her treatment and boarding are still needed. 🙏🏼😘

Maya and I took a trip to Healthy Pet Clinic in David for her 1 month return appointment this week. Her blood work has shown some improvement. It’s a slow process to recovery. She is on special diet and a bunch of nutrition suplements.

Maya has heart murmur, kidney and liver compromised and Erlichia. She cannot go through with medications to fix the erlichia or treat her heart untill her liver function is better.

She does not have pain or fever, she is happy and content. There are patches of hair growing back and she has a fuzzy layer all over.

When I go to David I stop by the Ropa Americana by the bus station (they have a clearance area) and get them old kids’ toys. Even if they don’t last, they are much cheaper than dogs toys which don’t last long either. Always a joy!

If you have old toys to DONATE it would be very much appreciated!

8 rescues waiting for homes now!

Grace had her first chemotherapy this morning and is doing well. Very anemic but well. DONATIONS for her chemotherapy are much appreciated!!!!

I have 7 rescued dogs at the momento to be placed in loving homes and the cost of FOOD and meds are piling up.

And we have 5 dogs and 3 cats to feed and care for.

I always did these rescues with the help of Bocas Community and it's much appreciated

There's a Panamanian law protecting animal against abuse. This girl was kept tied up on black water, no bedding, water or food. Exposed to sun and rain. The "owner" wants to defend himself stating that she was sick that's why she looks like this and he had "injected" her. All tests came out negative. The only illness she has is anemia from lack of care. Sadly he is demanding her back. It will be our first dispute over with the Judge of Peace. She deserves better
