Cooked potatoes or sweet potatoes (with skins removed to reduce fiber)
Low-fat cottage cheese
Boiled, skinless turkey or low-fat ground beef
Cooked broccoli and cauliflower
Cooked winter squash
Egg whites
Cooked peas
Rice
Pumpkin
