1. Recruitment and Staffing
• Conducting job interviews, screening resumes, and selecting candidates for vacant positions.
• Coordinating and implementing effective onboarding processes for new hires.
2. Employee Relations
• Addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
• Organizing team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
3. Administrative Functions
• Managing day-to-day administrative operations.
• Supervising office staff and assigning tasks as needed.
4. Compliance and Policy Implementation
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Keeping abreast of changes in labor laws and advising management accordingly.
đź“ŚQUALIFICATIONS:
• Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga.
• Graduate of any business related courses or human resource management.
• Good communication skills, analytical skills and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Responsible, trustworthy and can work with minimal supervision.
• A team-player, fast learner and willing to work on multi-task jobs.
