Promo Mechanics
● The Papi Makes You Happy Spend and Raffle We Go is open to all Furparents and customers.
● Customers must purchase selected VetMate products . These selected products are marked with the respective promo sticker.
● Customers will find a form printed inside the box of their purchased product.
● Customers must “ Like and Share PAPI by Vetmate Farma Corp” official FB account to qualify.
● To register, customers must legibly fill up the form with the following details:
○ Name
○ Address
○ Contact No.
○ Email
○ Participating Animal Clinic:
○ (dropbox)
○ Signature
● Raffle drop boxes can be found in all Animal Clinic nationwide.
● The promo period will run from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
● Drop boxes will be open until June 30, 2024. Winners will be selected in a raffle draw on July 14, 2024, at West Grove, Tanauan, Batangas. In the presence of a DTI Representative.
● Winners will receive the following prizes:
○ 1st Place: (1) Brand new 2024 Toyota Wigo 1.0 E Manual Transmission.
○ 2nd Place: A Trip to Hong Kong for two.
(Free Airfare Economy and hotel accommodation 3 days and 2 Night at deluxe room for 2 with free Breakfast Free )
○ 3rd Place: (1) 2024 Yamaha MIO Fazzio Scooter 125cc.

● Winners will be notified via REGISTERED MAIL, email or SMS. Prize redemption must occur within Sixty(60) days from the RECEIPT of notification date. Unclaimed prizes will be considered forfeited in FAVOR of VETMATE FARMA CORP upon prior approval of DTI.
● Winners from Luzon must proceed to VetMate’s main office in Quezon City to claim their respective prizes. Winners from Visayas and Mindanao will be met with a representative from the company to receive their prizes.
REDEMPTION And VENUE
Prizes validity: ( Local travel-1 year; Foreign travel- 6months; GC’s- non expiry.)
● Tax( including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 ) And other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winners. On major prizes from 1st prize, 2nd prize and 3rd prize.
● All prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
● Entrants can only win ONCE during the promo period. If drawn more than once the prize with higher value will be awarded.
● Winners from Luzon must claim their prizes in VetMate’s main office located at 3rd Floor Jafer Building West avenue Quezon City. Telepone No.9273334 And may Look for Mr. Jeffrey Del Rosario( Vetmate Operation Manager) Winners from Visayas or Mindanao will meet with the representatives of their respective regions.
● Winners should present their Valid ID’s As a proof. And they will be posted to our web site at PAPI by Vetmate as proof of winning.
● Only pet owners are eligible to join the contest. Relatives of any VetMate employee up to the second degree CANNOT join the contest. Winners will be notified via Registered mail, email or SMS.
-The period of redeeming the prize must be within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification date. Unclaimed prizes will be considered forfeited.In favor of Vermate Farma Corp. upon prior approaval of DTI.
