Protect your furry friends during this hot weather 🥵🌡️🔥

To prevent heat stress and stroke in pets:

1. *Hydration: Ensure they have access to fresh water at all times, especially in hot weather.

2. *Shade: Create shaded areas outdoors where your pet can rest comfortably.

3. *Limited Exercise: Avoid intense exercise during the hottest parts of the day.

4. *Cooling Methods: Provide cooling mats, fans, or even a kiddie pool for them to cool off.

5. *Never Leave in Cars: Never leave pets in parked cars, even for a short time, as temperatures can quickly become dangerous.

6. *Grooming: Regular grooming to remove excess fur can help them regulate body temperature.

7. *Indoor Time: Limit outdoor time during extreme heat, and allow them to stay indoors in air-conditioned areas if possible.

8. *Know the Signs: Be aware of signs of heat stress like excessive panting, drooling, or weakness, and seek veterinary care immediately if you suspect heatstroke.
