Anyone who loves the classic black and tan will love this boy.😍 Sammy is a long coat miniature and has the shiniest black coat and brightest tan points! On top of that, he is structurally correct and has the best temperament. Sammy is already 5 months old and we've started training him to stack (so we can take proper photos and videos. LOL 😅). He's very smart and picks up easily. We were initially looking for pet homes for him, but realized that he could be the perfect foundation stud for the right breeder and possibly even those who may want to try joining shows. He has an amazing pedigree. He's son of our imported chocolate and tan stud, Dobo, who also comes from a line of champions. We can do health testing if kits will be provided by the interested parties as it is still not available in our country. Please send us a message and fill out our application form if you'd like to talk more about Sammy! He's excited to meet his 5-star family soon 🤩

Due to international covid travel restrictions, Sammy still has not yet found a home and we have decided it might be best if he just stayed here in the Philippines.

The Doxie Den is owned and managed by Camille Juliet Lavilla, a Dachshund enthusiast for more than 8 years. Having owned dachshunds since 2011, it wasn't until 2017 that The Doxie Den was established and became one of the most popular kennels in the country with a clientel extending beyond the Philippines.

From our humble beginnings in early 2017, to becoming the first kennel to have regularly exported our lines to other countries just a mere year later in 2018, to soon becoming the only dachshund kennel in the country to host a wide selection of dachshunds from several different countries from different continents all over the world, The Doxie Den is reaching new heights every single day.
