6. Persistent diarrhea

7. Skin, urinary, intestinal, or upper respiratory tract infections

8. Eye conditions: These can be persistent or chronic, and can include conjunctivitis, squinting, abnormal discharge, and visibility of the third eyelid

9.Seizures, behavioral changes, and other neurological disorders: These can be signs of FIV

10.Mucus-like discharge from the nose or eyes: A sign that the cat is unwell

11. Wounds that won't heal: A sign of FIV

*FELINE LEUKEMIA VIRUS-Cats infected with FeLV may exhibit one or more of the following symptoms:
1. Pale gums.
2. Yellow color in the mouth and whites of eyes.
3. Enlarged lymph nodes.
4. Bladder, skin, or upper respiratory infections.
5. Weight loss and/or loss of appetite.
6. Poor coat condition.
7. Progressive weakness and lethargy.

ALERT: A RISE IN CASES OF TICK-BORNE ILLNESS IN DOGS!

Ehrlichiosis is a common disease in dogs caused by ticks. When ticks bite, they transmit microbes into the dog's bloodstream, which then infect and destroy blood cells. This leads to a drop in platelet count, causing internal bleeding, anemia, and organ damage, which can be fatal in severe cases.

Good for Luna, at an early onset of the disease, she was detected already by her Furparents. She was presented with epistaxis. Lab tests confirmed positive for Ehrlichiosis and Anaplasmosis and revealed a depleted platelet count.

Small but brave! Just finished 2nd dose 8n1 vaccine and deworm.

Positive in Rabies test kit. Nakadtan ni siya weeks ago and sadly waay naka agi antirabies. Rabies virus causes an acute encephalitis in all warm-blooded hosts and the outcome is almost always fatal. The first symptoms of rabies may be nonspecific and include lethargy, fever, vomiting, and anorexia. Signs progress within days to cerebral dysfunction, cranial nerve dysfunction, ataxia, weakness, paralysis, seizures, difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing, excessive salivation, abnormal behavior, aggression, and/or self-mutilation.

Another case of Rabies. Tested positive in Rabies test Kit. History: Si bantay nakatali sa labas ng bahay fronting provincial road with no antirabies vaccine. Possible nakagat ng asong gala na infected ng rabies. We offer rabies vaccination sa clinic.

Goaty visited the clinic (3 days post surgery) for his 2nd shot antiB. His wounds were healing well. He was also given free deworming and free vitamins.
