BANTAYAN ISLAND, WE MUST APOLOGIZE.
It’s true, we have sold out of all of our amazing all-natural Moroccan Red dragon fruit ice cream. But we both bare responsibility for that…we get it, it’s just too darn good! But don’t despair, our 2024 dragon fruit harvest is underway and we will have more available soon along with our farm-to-table fresh dragon fruit!
In the meantime, the great news is that we now have our creamy velvety-smooth Avocado ice cream available for you, your friends and your families to enjoy. If you haven’t tried it you should, but we warn you, it won’t be the last time :) and its only available at our farm store.

As our hybrid dragon fruit section continues to expand to include up to 30 varieties, we would like to introduce our Peruvian apple cactus, also known as Cereus peruvianus. Native to South America, this distant cousin to dragon fruit gets its name from the apple-like fruit it produces. The flowers are typically white and yellow and very similar to dragon fruit but they are to known to also produce red/pink flowers as well. The fruit has a white fleshy interior speckled with tiny black seeds like those of dragon fruit. The fruits' texture is best described as shaved ice, crunchy and juicy, with a subtle tartness and a floral sweetness similar to sugarcane. Ladder required as this cactus can grow to a height of ten meters...and only at PTC Farms :)

There is a rumor flying around the island that PTC Farms has literally “gone to the birds”. Although we are not fond of rumors, we do have to admit… this one is true! Another first for the island, on March 27th our turkeys, ducks and rabbits will have new room mates with the opening of our exotic bird aviary. The magic of color in flight will be brought to you up close and personal with the addition of these beautiful winged wonders: Parakeets, Cockatiels, African Love Birds and Conures.
We are still working on the Dolphin Pool ;)

I've been on this beautiful rock since 2017 and I have met, come to know and worked with so many really great people. And as life would have it, I have also met a very very few that were not so great :) As another year comes to an end with the hopes of a better year to come for everyone, I just want to say that it's been my pleasure to know you all and that I have appreciated your friendship, kindness, assistance and consideration more than you know.
