Meet sweet Mike!
Mike, went to our clinic yesterday with these following symptoms; Constricted pupils on both eyes and not responding to the light, patch of reddened tissue on the left lower eyelid, incoordination and confusedness.
He was diagnosed, suffering from Horner's Syndrome. Series of laboratory test were conducted including radiography. Fortunately enough nothing alarming seen in his x-ray.
The most common causes however are:
*Idiopathic (unknown cause or reasons) most common.
*Trauma
* Mass in the chest.
*Inner ear infection.
*Cancer of the nerves along the pathway.
*Neuropathy, such as hypothyroidism.
In addition to that Mike is also diagnosed with Parvovirus, Giargiasis and Corona Virus.
But Mike has no sign of giving up so easily, he fought for his life and try to keep on battling those diseases he is facing. Mike is more active now compare the day he was brought here. Thanks to Mike's loving and caring owner, he also never gave up on him (Mike).
