In celebration of Carcar City's annual fiesta, CTU-SAVER residents and alumni, alongside the Carcar City Veterinary Office and volunteer veterinarians, provided free spay and neuter services as well as other veterinary assistance during a two-day event held at the Carcar City Hall Grounds on November 21-22, 2024.

This initiative, spearheaded by the Carcar City LGU, aimed to promote responsible pet ownership and address the growing population of stray animals in the community. The event was made possible by a dedicated team of volunteer veterinarians, including Doc Brod John Paul Alcuirez and Doc Sisses Imee Fajardo and Resalie Jabonero, who worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the program. The CTU-SAVER residents express their heartfelt gratitude to the Carcar City LGU for the continued opportunity to participate in such meaningful and impactful volunteer activities.
