ICYMI: Our pups have finally found their PAWSter families! ✨

Last April 02, 2022, many PAWrent applicants underwent an interview and screening process with KN Board of Directors and PAWster-A-Stray Project Chairs for the privilege to take home Peanut and Mocha! After much deliberation, the PAWSter-A-Stray team were able to select the official lucky PAWster parents!

Raising your own pup might be RUFF, but we hope you find it pretty PAWesome! Happy PAWstering! 🐶🐾

"The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.”

It's been almost a year since we started this invaluable venture. We feel overwhelmed and grateful for everyone's support. Let us have a recap of our small wins and stories of changed lives within our first year; 17 strays were put up for adoption and 7 were already rehomed with their newfound PAWmilies. Around 50 aspiring PAWrents participated in the adoption process which is still ongoing. Furthermore, we were able to raise funds that will be donated and used for the needs of the strays or what we call the STRAYssentials. 2021 has been really a good year for us, as PAWSter-A-Stray has been nominated for "Best Animal Welfare Program" in the recently concluded JCI Philippines Temiong Awards, the highest award given to any JCI chapter or project during the National Convention.

These will not be possible without your help and support! Let's keep on making the world a better place for all beings including strays. We still have puppies that are up for adoption, if you are interested, kindly send us a message.

LEAVING NO ONE BEHIND.. INCLUDING STRAYS.

This is what motivated Project Chairs Charlene U. Arriola and Christen May Laureta to come up with the project PAWSter-A-Stray. This initiative is done under Kaya Natin! Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership - Batangas with JCI Batangas Caballero to promote animal welfare and rescue.
