MJCA's Bistro is a 24 hour bar and restaurant founded and operated by Mrs. Mydela Mendoza-Ramos since January 2013. The name MJCA's was taken from the names of Mrs. Mendoza-Ramos' three children. M stands for Mariel, J and C stands for John Carlo and A stands for Alexandra.

Mydela learned the art and secrets of preparing good, healthy and delicious Vietnamese and Filipino food from her mother who was also a restaurant owner. At present, Mrs. Mendoza-Ramos continues her mother's legacy through revolutionizing and combining Filipino and Vietnamese recipes.

MJCA's offers wide variety of Batangueño cuisines including, Crispy Pata, Bulalo, Goto, Lomi, Silog Meals, Sisig, etc. Mrs. Mendoza-Ramos believes that those Vietnamese recipes and delicacies made by her mother, including, Vietnamese Noodle Soup (Pho), Summer Spring Rolls(Goi Cuon), Fried Spring Rolls (Nem Ran), Baguettes (Banh Mi), Crepe Wrap (Banh Xeo), etc., which were once being served and tasted only within their home, would be known by all people around the world through MJCA's Bistro.
