We have a heartwarming story to share that will remind you of the unconditional love and joy of our furry friends bring into our lives. 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, the animal rescuer and founder of Homeless Dog Shelter.

"Kasi marami kasing ano eh irresponsible owners, may mga madaming pabaya kaya yung strays di na kokontrol" one of her statement regarding to this issue held in the interview of the program of Iba 'Yan in ABS CBN Entertainment.

Since stray animals in the Philippines have negative effects on the economy. They cause higher healthcare expenses, accidents, and the need for population control. Moreover, their presence impacts public health, tourism, local businesses, and the environment. It is crucial to address this pressing issue promptly to protect both the animals and the public.

Sending our sympathy and condolences to animals who have experienced animal cruelty and did not deserve to lose a life without justice like 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗮, a loved golden retriever killed in Camarines Sur. 🙏

Stray animals in the Philippines are less prioritized or neglected in the economy. The 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝟖𝟒𝟖𝟓 aims to protect and promote the welfare of all animals in the Philippines by managing and regulating all establishments and facilities used for breeding, maintaining, keeping, treating, or training animals, whether as objects of trade or household pets, ensuring the animals' safety from cruelty or suffering. It is an offense to maltreat, neglect, or torture animals.

Whether it is a mix of gloom, rage, pity, or restlessness, this news broadcasted in various media should open the eyes of not only the perpetrator but also the people, knowing the consequences of handling these animals. Nevertheless, animal presence affects public health and local businesses, so it is a must to address the issue immediately to protect both animals and the public.

In times like these, all they need is to feel genuine love and cherished each day as they live in a home they deserve. 😢😢 These courageous dogs who waited for their turn for ex*****on are now waiting for a love of anew. 💕
