📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT & APOLOGY 🙏

Dear valued clients,

We sincerely apologize if there are times when we cannot immediately accommodate emergencies, especially when our clinic is already full and some puppies or vulnerable pets are at risk. Due to our limited manpower and space, we have to carefully manage patient entry to ensure the safety of all pets in our care.

Certain cases, particularly those highly suspected for contagious viral infections, may require us to restrict direct entry at our discretion. These diseases can spread not only through contaminated surfaces but also airborne transmission, putting other pets at serious risk. Because of this, some patients may need to wait or follow specific handling protocols before being admitted.

Please know that we never want to deprive any pet of medical attention, but as much as we want to accommodate everyone immediately, we also have a responsibility to protect the health of all patients inside our clinic.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience during these times. Rest assured, we are always doing our best to provide the best care possible. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
