From the Rescuer:
"Unfortunately, the CCTVs along Asis Street are not working. Some are functional, but none cover the area where Adopted was hit and killed by the white pick-up truck while he was sleeping.
The stores in the area that have CCTVs also don't have visibility of the car passing by (presumably, because their cameras are only facing their store entrances).
For anyone who can recommend establishments with CCTVs around Milan Barbershop that have visibility of the streets, please let us know.
