Dental care is effective in maintaining healthy gums and teeth for your pets. Presence of tartar and plaque could greatly affect your pet's appetite, breath and overall health.

Make your pet's smile brighter! 🦷🐶🐱

Regular brushing of your pet's teeth is a must. However, it must be done properly to avoid the formation of dental plaque and tartar that we often see on our fur babies' teeth.

Dental plaque and tartar may cause bad breath and gingivitis (inflammation of gums) which may affect our pet's appetite. It may also result to organ failure in some cases. It happens when the bacteria on the tartar is absorbed into the bloodstream and get deposited on various organs, such as liver and kidney.

Such problems can be avoided through proper oral hygiene and with the help of doing the procedure called dental prophylaxis.

Ask your trusted vet if you think your furbaby needs this service 👩🏻‍⚕️.

Meet Hershey. She just got spayed and her umbilical hernia was also repaired ✨

Umbilical hernia is caused by the incomplete closure of the umbilical ring after birth. It often appears as a small bump that protrudes on your pet's belly.

It doesn't usually require surgery but sometimes, a portion of the intestines or other tissues can be trapped. In this case, immediate treatment is needed.
