The incidence of rabies cases has been a growing concern in our country. According to the data provided by the Department of Health, as of March 16, 2024, there are 83 human cases, all resulted in deaths, through which dogs are the primary carrier of the virus. 😔🦠

Responsible pet ownership plays a vital role in eliminating this deadly virus. Love your pet? Love them rabies-free. 🥰

Radiography and Fluoroscopy now available!

In need of Xray? We already have an in-house X-ray machine! But wait, there’s more! ❤️❤️❤️

Our unit includes Fluoroscopy or the so called live x-ray. This allows us to see motion or movements that occur while swallowing or breathing. We can watch food as it mices from the mouth to the esophagus down to the stomach! Isn’t it amazing?!

Meet Hoshi everyone! She was referred to us for a blood transfusion but upon further examination, we found out that aside from anemia, she was also jaundiced with no complete vaccination protocol. Unfortunately, Hoshi tested positive for Leptospirosis and Ehrlichiosis. 🦠💔

She was given first with necessary medications while looking for a potential dog blood donor. After few days, we've found Patches, a female great dane and luckily their blood type matched! 🧬💉🩺🧪

This is Hoshi, 1 week after her blood transfusion. All smiles and all growls! She is still taking medications but a lot of improvements were observed based on her recent physical check up and blood works. 🤩🤩🤩

We want to commend the effort and perseverance of Hoshi's family for doing everything they can to comply and attend her needs. Also, to Patches' furmom for her willingness to help another wonderful creature in need. 🙏🐾🫶

Remember, maintaining our pet happy and healthy is a two-way street. We, in the Veterinary profession will do and give our best to keep your furrr-mily in good shape BUT you, as their furrr-parents also play a significant role in maintaining their welfare.
