💥Humidity Problems 101💥

The increasing summer heat poses a great effect on the accuracy of humidity.

For other existing brands/units- we usually recommend additional water basins on the bottom to compensate for evaporation caused by the scorching heat.

Meanwhile, our unit is at 50% RH upon testing without water in a low level area(extreme heat during daytime).

By design of its ventilation and high rpm fans.
We added the auto refill concept to maintain a high level of fresh water, in addition we added the new features of exhaust to maintain a close gap of temperature based on the controllers settings.

Storage of units also affects the accuracy,always keeping them in cool or well ventilated areas without exposure to direct sun.

An Incubator Unit brought to our shop for having low temp and high humidity. Never really was functional.

Did some modifications.

We opted to personally test the unit for our personal breeding.

And here is the result-
chicks and still hatching

A bit tricky to operate as airvents does not have equal ratio relevant to its dimension
