A 3-year-old dog named Snow-white was presented with blood-stained urine, straining to urinate, and frequent urination. CBC test results revealed leukocytosis, anemia, and thrombocytopenia, while blood chemistry results showed elevated BUN and creatinine levels. X-ray photography identified the presence of uroliths in the bladder.

A cystotomy was conducted by Dr. Francis of the Northern Hills Veterinary Clinic, during which 8 urolith stones were removed. Snow-white has now recovered and is happy with her fur-parents and will return after 2 weeks for its follow up check up.

If you suspect your pet having the same case, kindly bring them immediately to your trusted veterinarian.
