This male adult puspin was scheduled for his castration, only to find out he has only one testicle.

Monorchidism in cats, also known as unilateral anorchidism, is a rare condition where a cat is born with only one testicle instead of the usual two. Affected cats usually show no clinical signs of illness and lead normal, healthy lives.

Paano nga ba ito maiiwasan?

Performed eyeball enucleation on an adult male shih tzu who had traumatic proptosis due to a dogfight. Removal was opted since the eye was no longer viable and started showing signs of infection. Get well soon Cody 🐾

Patient is an adult female poodle with chief complaints of generalized malaise, anorexia, and fever. Several tests performed including a complete blood test and blood parasite test. Unfortunately Cali’s blood sample detected presence of antibodies of Ehrlichia. CBC also revealed thrombocytopenia (low platelet) and anemia, hence so-called ‘dengue’ sa a*o.

Take note that dengue fever is different from blood parasitism in dogs. Kailangan lamang natin gumamit ng mga terms upang lalong maintindihan ng furparent ang sitwasyon ng kanilang alaga. Client education is important.
