A microscopic view of an adult tapeworm carrying eggs. This tapeworm came from a flea-infested CAT patient. The patient was presented with inappetence, lethargy and febrile. The adult worm was incidentally observed upon rectal temperature check. This tapeworm can be transmitted by fleas and may infect dogs, cats and humans too.
