Lesson for newbies and aspiring ball python keepers. Always wash your hands after cleaning your feeders bin before holding your snake. Photo below shows my right hand with a bite from one of my hatchlings because I forgot to wash my hands after cleaning my feeders bin. Hatchling confused my thumb as a mice when I try to reach out for her.

*Ball pythons are not venomous so nothing to worry about. Just washed my wound with soap and it's all good.
