The 𝗩𝗞𝗩–𝗩𝗟𝗩 𝗧𝗮𝘂 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 proudly joined hands with the 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗩𝗠𝗦𝗖) in their continued relief operations for the affected areas of Northern Cebu.

Through collective effort and the shared values of empathy and solidarity, the resident members took part in the transportation and distribution of 800 packs of dog and cat food, ensuring that the relief goods and pet food donations reached the communities and animal companions who needed them most. 🐾

We extend our gratitude to the VMSC, donors, and volunteers who made this initiative possible. It is through collective compassion and teamwork that we uphold our shared mission — to serve both people and animals in times of need. ❤️💛

Rabies is a viral disease that attacks the brain and nervous system. Once symptoms appear, it is almost always fatal—but the good news is, rabies is 100% preventable.

🔹 Main source: Dogs cause most human cases worldwide, but bats and other wildlife can also spread it.
🔹 Transmission: Through bites, scratches, or saliva contact with wounds.
🔹 Signs in animals: Sudden aggression, paralysis, confusion—not just foaming at the mouth.
🔹 Prevention: Vaccinate pets, avoid contact with stray/wild animals, and report any bites.
🔹 If exposed: Wash the wound immediately with soap and water, then seek medical care. Post-exposure treatment (PEP) saves lives.

The VKV-VLV Tau Chapter proudly celebrates a remarkable milestone as we are featured on the cover of 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙣. This recognition stands as a testament to the enduring brotherhood and sisterhood that unites us across the Philippines.

The highlight of this feature was our 𝙁𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙉𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 during the 30th Philippine Animal Hospital Association (PAHA) Conference held on September 2, 2025 at La Casa Vieja , Cebu City, where brothers and sisters from different chapters came together in a spirit of unity, joy, and shared purpose. The event showcased not only our strong bonds but also our collective dedication to carrying forward the values of VKV-VLV with pride and integrity.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to 𝘿𝙧. 𝙉𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤 𝙄𝙄, an esteemed alumnus of VKV, whose efforts and support made this feature possible. His dedication to uplifting our organization and giving us a platform to be recognized inspires us all to strive for greater heights.
