Parker was abandoned, covered in deep and painful wounds, suffering from severe skin cancer. Because he smelled bad and looked sick, people threw stones at him instead of helping.

After 3 months of treatment and gentle care, Parker is now healthy and smiling. At IWCT, he finally found the love and compassion he had been longing for. 🐾💙

The City Veterinary Office, in partnership with IWCT Philippines, is now accepting registrations for FREE spay and neuter services to promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare. 🐶🐱

📅 Start of Registration: January 07, 2026 (Wednesday), 8:00 AM

📍 Registration Venue: City Veterinary Office, Brgy. Binauganan, in front of the New LTO Building (no need to bring your pets😀)

✅ Animal Eligibility Criteria
• At least 1 year old
• Healthy and not pregnant
• Animals will be assessed on the day of surgery

🚫 NOT ACCEPTED:
Brachycephalic/ snubbed-nosed breeds such as Shih Tzu, Pug, Persian, and similar breeds

📌 Important Reminders
• Bring a valid ID showing a Tarlac City address

• Limited slots only
• First come, first served
• One (1) animal per client
