The stronger and more frequent typhoons we’re experiencing are clear signs of how badly climate change is affecting us. It’s not just about preparing for disasters anymore—we need to step up globally and locally to tackle the root causes.

We feel you, Catanduanes. 🥹 Like you, Camarines Norte also exist. Catanduanes & Camarines Norte are also part of Bicol. Just because we are resilient, doesn’t mean we will do this alone.

‼️ REMINDER ‼️
Please don’t repeat this scenario. Take your pets with you, if you cannot take them do not leave them on cage/unleash them. There’s a higher chance they will survive on their own. Be a responsible pet owner.

Reminder: Evacuate as early as you can and take your pets with you. Please don’t leave them behind! We don’t want to hear news of another pet left to drown in cages or chains, helpless and scared. They rely on you to keep them safe, so be responsible and make them part of your evacuation plan. Their lives matter too!

15/11/2024

Again, let’s not be complacent about the upcoming typhoon. Prepare yourselves and evacuate early if needed. Please, we can’t stress this enough: don’t leave your pets behind, or worse, trapped in cages or chains. Be safe everyone!

Another storm is coming. Evacuate as early as you can, and PLEASE don’t forget to take your pets with you. If you can’t, don’t leave them in cages or on chains—give them a fighting chance.

We’ve raised 2,000 pesos for our second wave of relief efforts for those affected by Typhoon Kristine! Previously, we hit up Brgy. Daguit in Labo and provided relief goods for at least 100 families and even distributed dog food to our furry friends! 🙌

But we’re not stopping there—we need your help to do even more!

With your support, we can reach more barangays and bring much-needed aid to those who really need it. Every contribution counts—seriously, no amount is too small to make a difference!

We would like to thank everyone for supporting the first donation drive we initiated in partnership with SK Barangay IV. With your help, we successfully raised a total of ₱3,991.79. All donations will go towards their efforts to assist affected residents of the barangay. The donation drive is now officially closed. Thank you for your generosity!

Our sincerest appreciation to Daet Saving Strays and its Founder, Ms. Adabel Panotes, for helping us raise funds for the affected residents of our barangay. Through their donation drive, they’ve managed to gather ₱4,000.00 as of October 25, 2024.

Your compassion and dedication mean the world to us. We owe you big time! 🙏❤️

As part of the relief efforts, we were able to distribute dog food to pet owners affected by the typhoon. And omg, we met this adorable doggy we’re calling Wh**ey! No clue if that’s her actual name, but it totally suits her!

Relief ops in Brgy. Daguit, done and dusted! Most importantly, huge thanks to our amazing sponsors who made this possible.

Big shoutout to Congresswoman Rosemarie Panotes for the service vehicle.

Jas5 Pharmacy for the over-the-counter medicines

Mr. Ramil Edward Cariño from La Consolacion College - Daet (Nursing Department) for sending their nursing students to provide first aid and BP checks.

And of course, a massive thank you to all the volunteers who gave their time and effort. None of this would’ve happened without y’all

But the work isn’t over—there are still people in remote areas who need our help. Let’s keep pushing forward!

Glory is all Yours, Lord.
