Let’s talk about one of the controversial tools in dog training. The prong collar, a very useful tool when used properly. It replicates the grabbing / biting motion of the mother dog when correcting the young dogs. It also distributes the leash pressure during corrections when the collar is popped making it safer compared a traditional slip lead leash.

Thanks to all our dog training and boarding clients and all the referals you have given to us.
2024 was a good and bountyful year. We rehabilitated so many dogs and trained so many owners that we didn’t even have the chance to post more dog training vlogs because of the work volume.

This 2025 we hope people with dogs and those planning to have dogs will still do their home work with due diligence and look up what a dogs “Genetic predisposition“. We believe dogs that went to families or owners who understand their dogs genetic disposition will have a bigger chance of living a happy and fulfilled life. Most of all it will lessen the cases of dogs being misunderstood and mislabeled as aggressive or being a problem dog. Dogs are animals with a purpose, those placed in the proper family setting and in a matched lifestyle tend to thrive and live happily.
