Dog: P1800 Male or P2000 Female 15kg below
*Additional charges applies for dogs more than 15kg of weight

How to Register
1. Complete the form to register your pets.
2. Pay for your registration in FULL through the provided payment options. Your proof of payment is required to successfully submit the form. Partial or incomplete payments are NOT allowed.
3. Confirmation emails will be sent by batch every Monday evening, please make sure to check your SPAM folder.

PLEASE READ: Pet Requirements
1. Pets must meet the minimum age required (female cats at least 4 months, male cats at least 5-6 months, but must weigh at least 2.5kg to 3kg & dogs at least 6-8 months). Pets below this age or weight will not be accepted. Older pets are allowed subject to checking of health condition.
2. Pets must be 100% healthy without recent sickness in the past month
3. Updated vaccination for cats 1 year old below is highly recommended, but NOT required. You can also have your pets vaccinated during the event
4. Pets should be fasted for at least 6 to 8 hours before the surgery time. We will provide you with a fasting guide to make sure your pets are fasted well.
5. An exact sized and secure pet cage, crate or carrier is strictly required for cats and leash for dogs

IMPORTANT: Short snout, snub nosed female pets are NOT recommended to join the event due to possibilities of breathing difficulty. If you wish to register your female pets who fit the above description, CBC with Blood Chem will be strictly required.
Laboratory tests are required to make sure your pets are 100% fit for surgery. Please have your pets checked & tested two (2) days before the event.
If you are confident about your pets health & do not wish to have them tested, please sign the Against Medical Advise waiver found in the 2nd page of the Spay & Neuter Consent Form. Kindly wait for the confirmation email to get the copy of the Consent.
