Feeding is part of the circle of life, carnivores need to eat. We cannot change their nature. If want them to grow big and healthy, we feed them live fish since its what they do. What's abuse is feeding pellet for the rest of their life and putting them on sad environment where they dont feel secured. Not experiencing their potential and not training their amplified senses stresses them thats why some keeper have stone like pets that do not move all day.
