Ahoy, mateys! Did ye know ships often 'ad cats on board fer jolly luck an' to keep pests at bay? 🏴‍☠️⚓️

Meowrrgh! 'ere’s our fierce feline mate, Cap'n isa, strikin' 'er best gentlecat-o'-fortune pose! Isa been a frail stray kitten who lost an eye, 'ad colds, a fracture on 'er leg, an' skin ailment. But thanks to jolly fortune an' kind souls, she been rescued, underwent removal o' 'er bad eye (enucleation), an' nursed aft to tiptop shape. Now, she’s blossomed into a 'ealthy, beautiful cat, ready to seize the day!

So, bid ahoy to Cap'n Isa, meowrrgh!

On a serious note, we want to also highlight Adopt-a-Less-Adoptable-Pet Week (Sep. 16-22). We encourage pet lovers out there who still have room in their homes to give the less favored a second chance at life and a loving fur-ever home.

They include Puspins and Aspins, senior animals, those with birth defects or sustained injuries in the streets, the black cats, or cats sick with FIV/FeLV.

May we learn not to discriminate between breed, age, and disability.

September 28 is ! And on World Rabies Day, we will hold our second free antirabies drive 😼

We are a feline-specific practice but doggos esp. Aspins are welcome as well on September 29. We scheduled them in a different day to minimize stress for our feline masters.

Take note: Due to personal and health reasons, we will still be not offering primary consultations.

Attention! Here are the reminders for our upcoming free kapon. Kindly take time to read.

No male cats will be accommodated on Aug. 25. Similarly, no female cats will be accepted on Aug. 26.

Registration and screening starts at 8:30am on our kapon dates so we can begin surgeries ahead of time such that cats may be safely discharged earlier. First come, first served basis.

If your cat is already showing signs of disease, do not bring them to be neutered. Take note that other people's cats will be exposed to them and might get infected as a result. Instead, we highly encourage you to have them checked up as soon as possible/as early as tomorrow.

They said cats can't take themselves to the vet. Well, this kitty begs to differ 😹

He took himself to us yesterday evening. For free antirabies shot maybe? He has an upper respiratory infection though and was quite starved. So we fed him first and prescribed medications to be given by his fostermom. He'll get his vaccine once he recovers.

We are again looking for anyone able to adopt this adorable kitten as around 70 cats and 15 dogs combined are already under the care of our staff.

We have affixed a small wooden cat house in front of our clinic for cats who may pass by looking to shelter from the elements. It has gotten dirty due to the frequent rain 😿

Tomorrow is Take Your Cat to the Vet Day! 😻 We encourage paw-rents to bring their feline masters to their preferred veterinarians for an annual or regular checkup.

In observance of , we will be giving free rabies vaccinations for cats tomorrow. Read on below for a few reminders:

1) Bring carrier or cage (Our clinic is right beside a busy national highway; in case of long waiting line, any cat able to escape is at risk of vehicular accident)
3) Bring treats (We can use them as distraction to facilitate less physical restraint)
3) Bring an umbrella
4) Bring patience in case of long line
5) Anti-rabies administration will be prioritized over neuter patients for tomorrow and on Thursday
6) First come, first served
