1. Gum Color
•Healthy gums should be pink and moist. Pale, bluish, bright red, or yellow gums may indicate illness.

2. Body Temperature
•Normal dog temp: 37.5°C to 39.2°C
•Normal cat temp: 38.1°C to 39.2°C

3. Breathing
•Heavy, labored, or rapid breathing may indicate stress or health issues—not safe for grooming.

4. Eye and Nose Condition
•Eyes should be clear, not red or watery.
•Nose should be moist, not dry, cracked, or runny.

5. Appetite and Activity
•If your pet is not eating or unusually timid resched grooming and see a vet
