We are reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for assistance. A stray dog from Dauin was brought to our clinic with a sudden abnormal gait, likely due to being hit by a hard object or by a car. The compassionate residents in the area had been giving her food, but unfortunately, none can adopt or support the treatment due to financial constraints.
Our clinic is committed to providing the necessary medical treatment and spaying once she recovers.
To be transparent with the funds raised, we will post the details of the procedures and cost at a discounted rate. We'll also publicly list the names of donors and the amounts donated. Once the needed amount is reached, we will update to close the donation.

We want to raise awareness about the seriousness of giardiasis in dogs and cats. To highlight the importance of early detection, we have a video that captures the presence of moving Giardia trophozoites, during a fecal examination of one of our patients.
You can see the swaying or dancing motion of the fallen leaf-like or teardrop shape parasite in the microscopic field. These tiny protozoa can be ingested by your pets through contaminated water sources or ingesting feces from infected animal.
Giardiasis is a serious intestinal infection that can cause uncomfortable symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, and weight loss. Giardiasis results in severe dehydration, damage to intestinal wall and malabsorption of nutrients and even bleeding.
To protect your furbabies, we strongly recommend providing them with purified water and avoiding exposure to stagnant and risky water sources. If you notice any signs of illness such as diarrhea, seek veterinary care immediately. Early diagnosis and treatment can make a significant difference in their recovery and overall well-being.

Are you wondering what happens during a Caesarian Section?
When natural delivery becomes risky or impossible due to various factors such as a large litter size, malpositioned puppies or kittens, or complications during labor, a Caesarian Section is performed.

The mother dog is under general anesthesia, ensuring she is comfortable and pain-free throughout the procedure. Meet Kevin, a Parakeet, who was brought in for check-up due to thickening crust around his bill, legs and feet. Upon examination, our vet suspected that he might be infested with mites. To confirm the suspicion, adhesive tape test was performed and examined under microscope. The suspicion was confirmed when moving mite/s were observed under the lens.
Based on the diagnosis, appropriate treatment was administered to Kevin to help him recover as quickly as possible. We are hopeful that Kevin will respond positively to the treatment and make a full recovery.
