Paws and Tails Pet Hotel Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Paws and Tails Pet Hotel!

General Policies
Vaccination Requirements:
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required upon check-in.

Exception for Puppies:
Puppies with incomplete vaccinations may be accepted under the following terms and conditions:

The hotel is not liable for any illness that may arise, but rest assured, puppies will be handled with extra care.
Puppies with incomplete vaccinations will not be allowed to play or walk outside. They will only be contained and cared for in their respective cages.
Health Conditions:
Pets must be in good health. Owners must disclose any existing medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking.

Behavioral Requirements:
Pets with aggressive behavior may not be accepted. Please inform us of any behavioral issues beforehand so we can assess if pets can be accepted or are too dangerous for our staff to handle.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in and check-out are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Emergency check-ins outside these hours must be arranged in advance.

Reservation Fees:
Reservation fees are non-refundable, and reserved schedules are fixed and unchangeable during peak seasons or when the hotel is fully booked. This policy ensures fairness and prevents wasted opportunities for other guests to board their pets.

Late Pickup Policy:
A 3-hour grace period is provided for late pickups beyond the check-out time. After this grace period, an additional charge of 100 pesos per hour will apply for every hour of delay.

Payment Policy:
All bills should be paid in full upon boarding. Any additional charges incurred during the pet's stay must be settled before the release of the pet.

Abandonment and Non-Payment Policy:
If a pet is not picked up, and the owner has not made payment or shown interest in settling the bill within a period of 5 days, the hotel reserves the right to consider the pet abandoned. In such cases, the hotel may sell or place the pet for adoption to relieve itself of obligations and cover the expenses incurred during the pet's stay.
