Philippine Animal Sanctuary And Rescue, Inc. - PASAR in BASAR, Philippines A proposed safe haven, a sanctuary and rescue for abused, unwanted, homeless pets and farm animals in the Philippines. Construction has begun in January 2015.

BASAR is a haven of rescued cats,dogs & farm animals & a venue to educate people to end animal violence & to eventually attain Compassionate Living for all in our society. Ben Animal Sanctuary And Rescue was conceived in 2014 and run by Philippines Animal Sanctuaryl
in the midst of alarming animal abuses around the country due to our values, culture, belief and typhoon prone geographical location

. Unfortunately, after the Concrete Deep Well of the Water System was completed, I undergone an expected prostatic surgery last March 30, 2015 which obliged me to temporarily stop the construction and drained my budget for the sanctuary to my hospital bills. Early this month my doctor confirmed my nearly full recovery medical status, thus made me decide to resume the construction of the sanctuary along with the El Niño Phenomenon now drying up the country. After cutting trees and sizing them to desired lumber for animal shelters, securing much needed funds has been done through cross posting and fundraising to pursue the construction and secure more animals from global warming...In as much as we know that life is too hard almost everywhere around the world with due preparations for the fast approaching Christmas holidays and winter season, we still believe that there are still friends around who really understand how animals are treated and have something to share and help for the animals in the Philippines...Please like this Page,share it to your friends, help and support these voiceless pets and farm animals urgently needing help from abused and abandonment....

A Heartfelt Goodbye to Our Father, Founder of Philippine Animal Sanctuary and Rescue (PASAR)

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved father, Rosiben S. Violeta, the founder of Philippine Animal Sanctuary and Rescue (PASAR). After a courageous battle with his health over the past eight years, our father has crossed the Rainbow Bridge and is now reunited with his beloved pet, Buddy, who was not just a companion, but also one of the driving forces behind the creation of PASAR.

Our father was a passionate advocate for animals, especially those who had been victims of cruelty and abuse. He founded PASAR as a sanctuary where these innocent souls could find love, care, and healing. His unwavering dedication to the cause, even in the face of personal health struggles, inspired all of us. Despite undergoing hemodialysis three times a week, he always found time to care for his fur babies, to make sure they were safe and loved.

To all of you who have supported our father and PASAR over the years, we cannot thank you enough. Your kindness, generosity, and compassion have made his dream of providing a safe haven for abused and abandoned animals a reality. You have made a difference in the lives of so many animals, and your support has been a source of strength for him.

As we navigate this difficult time, our family has decided to continue our father’s work and will be managing this page moving forward. The animals at PASAR are well cared for, and we are committed to ensuring that the sanctuary continues to be a place of refuge and love for all the animals in need.

Please bear with us as we prepare for his wake and burial. During this time, we may not be able to respond to messages immediately, but we will provide further details about the interment in the coming days.

We are comforted to know that our father is now at peace, free from pain, and surrounded by love. His legacy lives on through PASAR, and we hope to continue the work he so passionately started with your support.

Thank you for being part of his journey. Thank you for your love, your compassion, and for standing with him and the animals he cared for.
