“Cherry eye,” as it is commonly referred to, is a prolapsed gland of the nictitans. It occurs after a tear gland in a dog's third eyelid becomes inflamed. While it is usually not extremely painful, sometimes a dog will rub at it as if it were itchy.

Dystocia refers to abnormal or difficult birth.
Causes includes maternal factors (uterine inertia, inadequate size of birth canal) and/or fetal factors (oversized fetus, abnormal orientation as the ferus enters the birth canal).
The patient in the video is having an obstructive dystocia and have been in a prolonged active labor and medical management (using oxytocin to induce labor) has failed thus, Surgery (Cesarean Section) is indicated.

Tarsorraphy is a surgical procedure to narrow the eyelid opening in which the eyelid is partially sewn together to protect the cornea in cases of corneal exposure.
This patient here is suffering from a traumatic globe luxation as secondary to dogfight.
