"Bolkiah" was diagnosed of Canine Parvovirus.

What is Canine Parvovirus?
Canine parvovirus is a contagious virus mainly affecting dogs. CPV is highly contagious and is spread from dog to dog by direct or indirect contact with their f***s. Vaccines can prevent this infection, but mortality can reach 91% in untreated cases. Treatment often involves veterinary hospitalization.

What are the symptoms of parvo in a dog?
Symptoms often associated with CPV include lethargy, depression, and loss or lack of appetite, followed by a sudden onset of high fever, vomiting, and foul to bloody diarrhea.

What is the best medicine for parvovirus?

There's no specific drug to treat parvovirus in dogs but those affected by the disease have a far greater chance of survival if they receive early, aggressive treatment and intensive nursing care. Treatment may include: Intravenous fluids (a drip) to treat shock and correct dehydration and electrolyte abnormalities.Antibiotics are given to prevent secondary infections, along with medications to help relieve vomiting, nausea and pain.

Note: Vaccination is the key 🙂
