Sounds on pls (promise you'll love the performance)
Hey, we thought we could not save you, but there you are, eating your first meal after a battle with life and death.
This patient came as an emergency. He was heavily breathing, with very high fever, neurologic signs and muscle twitching, high blood pressure and bloody diarrhea.
The first order was to stabilize the parameters. It took us 3 hours to finally achieve normal temperature, SPO2, blood pressure and manage neurologic signs.
Next was to conduct laboratory tests to help us analyze clinical presentations better. At this point, we had a diagnosis. Liver disease and hepatic encephalopathy. All treatment plans were geared towards this diagnosis.
.... 18 hours under our care, the patient was stable. He went home later to continue recovery and prescriptions. See you soon Z β€οΈ
This fellow had bilateral cryptorchidism, which means, both his testicles did not descend to the scrotum. The left egg was floating subcutaneously in the inguinal area, while the right one was left inside his abdomen. This case requires removal of both. Not the usual castration, as we have to reach inside his abdomen (like spaying in females) and make another incision on the inguinal area.
He's awake but unaware he had surgery π€ probably planning to jump off the 2nd floor of his cage.
Check your pets' testicles, if you don't see them there, then come see us π
Our paralyzed patient, getting that little chance to walk again....
Our patient came in last night, critically ill and severely dehydrated. He was immediately put under intensive care and oxygen support, plus infrared exposure, because temperature and blood oxygen concentration reached alarming low levels. Findings from xray and blood works showed feline asthma and pneumonia.
There he is early this morning π€ we thought we'd lose him overnight. But hey!!!! Nine lives π
There is no magic to this, good outcome is a result of proper diagnosis and prompt treatment. This is why our clinic invested in diagnostic equipment and technical skills to provide reliable Veterinary services.

Another amputee dog
She had a fight with a bigger dog and sustained severe fracture to her left limb.
Infection was apparent due to an open bite wound. Amputation was the only permanent solution.
Its amazing how dogs recover from these kinds of trauma. After she woke from anesthesia, she was up and about, as if she lost nothing πͺ
