Bakit nga ba patok ang rabbit meat?

1. Ito ay isa sa mga pinakahealthy na puting karne na magagamit sa merkado ngayon.

2. Ang karne ay may mataas na porsyento ng digestible protein or amino acid.

3. Naglalaman ito ng pinakamababang fat content kumpara sa iba pang karneng nabibili natin ngayon.

4. Ang karne ng kuneho ay naglalaman ng mas mababang calorie kaysa sa iba pang mga karne.

5. Rabbit meat is almost cholesterol free and therefore heart patient friendly.

6. Ang sodium content ng karne ng kuneho ay medyo mas mababa kaysa sa ibang mga karne.

7. Ang calcium at phosphorus ng karne na ito ay higit na mas mataas kumpara sa iba pang karne.

8. Mas malaki din ang ration ng edible meat ng rabbit kumpara sa manok.

9. Ang karne ng kuneho na may maraming benepisyo sa kalusugan ay walang malakas na lasa at maihahambing sa manok ngunit hindi magkapareho.

10. Ang mga kuneho ay isa sa mga pinakaproduktibong alagang hayop. Kayang sabayan ng rabbit ang food & water consumption ng baka. Subalit, 6lbs ang meat na mabibigay ng rabbit at 1lb lang ang sa baka na gumamit ng magkaparehong dami ng tubig at pagkain ng sa rabbit.
