SHIHPOMAPOO DOG HOTEL POLICY:
Shihpomapoo Dog Hotel's HOURS of operation is 7 am - 7 pm daily. Boarding Hours is from 7 am to 7 am, not 12 pm - 2 pm. Overnight fee starts at 350 pesos for BASIC care for small dogs. Additional fees apply to boarders requiring special care. Please remember that dogs are not humans. Care for your dogs are constant i.e. water every 15 minutes are checked, kennel cleaning (f***s, urine, etc) etc. Daily Routine Care for Cats & Dogs begin as early as 5 or 6 am and runs until 12 midnight, and sometimes later depending on behavior of the dog/s. If you checked in for 5 days and are given a discounted rate, and you decided to change your mind mid-way, penalty to cover the daily discount is applied plus cancellation fee and per hour rate is applied beginning at 7 am of the next hotel boarding day. If prior notice of early retrieval was made, at least 24 hours, cancellation is free but penalty still applies for discounted hotel rates. On a case to case basis, we grant a late check-out extension up to 12 noon only with no additional charge. Requests for late check-out are not guaranteed and depends on availability of staff.
