Get your male pet any of the following procedures:
⭐️ Male Cat: ₱900
⭐️ Male Dog: ₱2,000 (for 10 kg. and below)
Additional fees:
➡️ Dogs above 10 kg. (+₱150 per kg.)
➡️ Take-home Meds (available in the clinic; can also be bought outside)
➡️ Complete Blood Count (+₱600; optional for other pets, required for pets 3 years and older)
➡️ Blood Chemistry (+₱900; required for pets 5 years old and older)
➡️ Undescended Te**es in Male Pets (+₱1,500 for every one testicle/ball not hanging from pet’s ge****ls)
Sign-up period: The form is available from 1 to 31 July 2024.
Clients will be contacted to confirm their appointments.
Rules:
1. Limited slots will be offered. Signing up, however, DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY GUARANTEE A SLOT.
2. Confirmed clients will be contacted by authorized clinic staff of the details of their appointment, including schedule for drop-off and further instructions.
3. The veterinarian reserves the right to deny the procedure to pets they deem unfit for surgery, including those that seem unhealthy on sight and those aged below 4 months.
4. Offer is strictly on an invitational basis. WALK-INS ARE NOT QUALIFIED FOR OFFER.
5. The pet must be brought in a secured and properly labelled cage.
6. Drop-off time is at 9:30 AM; pet can only be picked up by 4:00 PM or upon instruction by veterinarian.
7. Fasting the pet for 8 to 12 hours and blood testing for pets 2 years and older is required.
8. Fees are inclusive of post-surgical antibiotic and anti-inflammatory injections. Take-home medications are available at the reception desk.
9. Should the client opt to purchase medications outside the clinic, they are responsible for ensuring that the dispensation and administration of the prescribed medication is PRECISE and ACCURATE.
10. Other products and services not listed in the Pricing section are not part of this offer and will be charged regular rates.
