𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐇𝐓𝐙𝐔
A Liver Shih Tzu does not refer to the color of the coat, but instead the pigmentation of the dog's nose, eye rims, lips, and paw pads which can be anywhere from a light tan to a dark brown hue.At the same time, their coat can come in several colors, patterns, and markings, or a simple solid color.

In Tagalog po, masasabi mo daw na LIVER SHIHTZU sya pag ang paligid ng mata, paw pads, ilong at labi ng shihtzu mo ay nasa kulay dark brown - light brown hindi sa kulay ng kanilang balahibo. Ang mga Liver Shihtzu daw is pwede matawag na LIVER kahit ang kulay nila is bicolor (dalawang kulay) or Solid (isang kulay lang).

𝐋𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐇𝐓𝐙𝐔
The presence of lavender in a Shih Tzu is caused by a diluted gene variation similar to liver and blue Shih Tzu's.

This gene, known as MLPHl, affects the melanin in the skin and creates this hue.With so much dilution, their eyes are typically a very light amber, hazel or green.

In tagalog, ang mga Lavander Shihtzu daw po is hindi po literal sila na color Lavander po sila po yung mga shihtzu na meron sa genes na tinatawag na MLPHI na maari nyo lamang makita via DNA po. Usually daw po pag Lavander iba color ng eyes nila from very light amber - green ang shade. At ang fur coat nila is super light color lang po.

𝐁𝐋𝐔𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐇𝐓𝐙𝐔
Blue is not any certain coat color. Blue, like liver (more ahead), is a hue that is seen and expressed in a Shih Tzu's skin points (the nose, eye rims, lips, and paw pads). Blue is a diluted black and it occurs when the D-Locus allele (dilution gene) affects the black allele.

Blue Shih Tzu can have range of coat colors; however, those colors will typically appear diluted (faded) and you will not see any dark black hairs since that D-Locus allele is affecting the coat.

In tagalog po, ang mga blue shihtzu po is dahil din sa diluted black genes po same sa liver po amg indication po nila na blue sila is sa ilong, paligid ng mata, labi at pawpads hindi sya itim kundi blue. Mapapatunayan mo lang din na Blue talaga sya via DNA po.

NOTE: You can only claim po na Blue or Lavander ang shihtzu mo via DNA po or pag talagang meron sa Lineage nila na DNA Tested na Blue or Lavender.
