A friendly reminder for ALL Fur Parents planning to travel with their furbabies.

1. 𝐕𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞

📌 Accomplished by government or private veterinarians
📌 VHC is only valid for 3 days after issuance. Make sure to apply for shipping permit within the validity period

2. 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐭 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬

📌 Make sure that the front page of the record has the name of pet, breed, species, age/birthdate, s*x, marking, name of owner.
📌 The vaccination records should also show the pet’s name, date, weight, vaccine sticker or rabies vaccine used, manufacturer, lot and serial no, and the signature of veterinarian with their license no., date of expiry, TIN no., and PTR.

3. 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙢 𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 3 ½ 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 𝙤𝙡𝙙 for all dogs and cats

4. Your pet is 𝙫𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝙍𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 14 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 1 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 prior to the date of travel.

5. 𝟏 𝐕𝐇𝐂, 𝟏 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝟏 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲

📌 When transporting more than 1 pet (dog/cat) in one application with the same destination, the entry details and description of each pet must be provided

6. Make sure to check the boat you are boarding has a designated area/space for your pet(s).

7. Ensure your pet is safely secured in a pet carrier that provides ample space for them to move around, rest, and have their water and feeding bowls placed comfortably inside.

8. Once you have all the necessary documents needed, kindly scan the QR code in the poster or log on to https://bit.ly/registerdogcat for your shipping permit.
