😾“Imagine not eating for 3 days because a bone decided to camp out in my mouth… that was me!”😿

A sharp fish bone got stuck on my tooth, poking my cheek and tongue — now you know why I didn’t want to eat. Good thing my hoomans brought me to Jurisvet Pet Emergency Hospital and the Dog/Cat Doctor figured it out. 🐾

📢 Fellow fur parents, take it from me: Please please don’t feed us fish or meat with bones. They can get stuck in our mouth, throat, or worse, in our tummy and intestines (ouch… surgery alert 🚨).

***Disclaimer: This post is shared purely for public awareness and pet safety education. The fish bone incident we handled was not due to the pet’s owners feeding it bones. It is possible that the cat ate fish/fishbones outside of their household.

It’s been a while since our last post… so here’s a little treat for you! 🐾

Everyone say hello to "Walk-In" - the cat who lives up to her name! 🐈‍⬛ She first “walked in” two months ago with a baby bump looking for a safe place. Now, she randomly visits us like she owns the place (we don’t mind at all 🥰). Already a proud mama, she knows exactly where to head for food, cuddles, and a comfy nap spot.

She truly feels like part of the Jurisvet family now 💕 But we can’t help but wonder, where do you think her kittens might be hiding? 👀🐾
