🐾 *OPERATING HOURS?*
- We accept CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT time from 9:00AM to 9:00PM daily.
-Earlier requests cannot be accommodated as we ensure our stay-in sitter has ample time to prepare the facility for the safety and comfort of all pets in our care.

🐾 *LOCATION?*
- We're located at:

8127 Sgt Fabian Yabut St. Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City
(4th Floor ADCA Bldg. Above Watsons)

🐾 *CAN WE DO OCULAR?*
- YES! Let us know when and what time you will be visiting so we can advise our stay in sitter to assist you.

🐾 *AIR-CONDITIONED?*
- YES! We now have an air-conditioned room for a limited number of dogs only. (Additional P100/night)

- We designed our covered roof deck to ensure the safety and comfort of all the pets, and we use industrial fans to maintain good airflow and temperature. The open layout allows dogs to have more freedom to move around and socialize, while the fans help keep the environment cool and comfortable.

🐾 *CAN YOU HANDLE AGGRESSIVE DOGS?*
- Yes, we do accept a limited number of aggressive dogs. We ensure they have their own spacious, secure area with access to drinking water at all times. Our team is experienced in managing dogs with behavioral challenges, and we take special precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of all pets in our care.

Take note, for safety reasons, aggressive dogs will have limited or no exposure to other dogs, and if your dog displays aggression towards humans, we may not be able to provide grooming or bathing services. We will always assess each situation individually and communicate with you to ensure your pet gets the best care possible.

🐾 *WILL MY DOG INTERACT WITH OTHER DOGS?*
- As long as they get along well with others, YES. As we are cage-free Pet Boarding Facility, Dogs in our care can roam, play, and socialize freely. Our sitters clean up after them right away if they go potty to maintain a clean facility.
-For unfriendly pawfriends, we isolate them, still ensuring their area is SPACIOUS using barricades/fence.

🐾 *HOW DO WE GET UPDATES?*
- We send daily updates through VIBER.

🐾 *DO YOU OFFER GROOMING SERVICES?*
- We only do basic bathing upon check out for dogs who stayed for at least 2 nights.

🐾 *IT’S MY DOG’S FIRST TIME BEING BOARDED.*
- To set your expectations, first timers tend to want to be by themselves and usually stay in a corner. They tend to not eat for a day or two (No worries! Your pooch will still be perfectly fine as long as they drink water).

🐾 *CANCELLATION POLICY*
-Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled boarding date to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of the boarding start date, a fee of 50% will be charged.

🐾 *WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?*
- Fill Out all FORMS provided
- Pet’s Vaccination must be COMPLETE and UP TO DATE
- Bring your pet’s own BED/BLANKET/TOYS
