We wish to address the concerns raised regarding the treatment of a patient at our veterinary clinic. Upon arrival, the pet was diagnosed with severe anemia, gingivitis, and a significant flea infestation, as confirmed by blood tests. These serious conditions required immediate and intensive intervention, emphasizing that time is of the essence in veterinary care.
While there are medications that can be administered orally, our clinic primarily utilizes intravenous treatments for severe conditions to ensure rapid absorption and effectiveness. Additionally, we initially uses oral medications that have been left and donated by clients whose pets were unable to use them. This practice allows us to provide essential care to patients in need.
We understand the profound pain that comes with losing a beloved pet and recognize the emotional toll this situation can take. However, we also want to clarify that legal action is underway regarding these serious allegations and defamatory statements. Our legal team is actively involved in ensuring that all appropriate protocols were.
