To our valued clients,
We would like to inform you that our Mandaue Branch is currently without a resident veterinary doctor, as our veterinarian has returned to their home province.
As a result, veterinary consultations and other doctor-dependent services at our Mandaue Branch will be temporarily unavailable while we are in the process of securing a reliever or permanent replacement. We are currently in active discussions with potential veterinarians and hope to resume full veterinary services as soon as possible.
Please note that our pet supplies store and grooming services at the Mandaue Branch remain fully operational and are available daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
For veterinary consultations and medical services, our Lapu-Lapu Branch remains fully operational, with a veterinarian available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
We will continue to keep everyone updated through this page and will announce as soon as a veterinarian becomes available at our Mandaue Branch.
