Scheduled power service interruption

Date of Interruption: February 16, 2025 (Sunday)

Time: 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Areas Affected: From Calo San Jose to the entire area of Sibulan, Dumaguete City, Valencia, Bacong, Dauin, Zamboanguita and Siaton
(Our Sibulan, Pulantubig, Bagacay, Dauin and Siaton substations will be affected)

REASON: NGCP will de-energize its Amlan–Siaton 69kV transmission line to implement the reconductoring or replacement of ACSR conductors from structures #01 to #32 and structures #101 to #121 simultaneously along the Amlan-Siaton 69 kV line.

NORECO II will take the opportunity to conduct parallel maintenance activities along the scheduled affected areas.

All works may be finished ahead of time and power may be restored earlier than scheduled, so please consider the lines always energized. Member-customer-owners in the affected areas are advised to take the necessary precautions. Please turn off all your electrical switches and once power is back, please wait for five minutes before switching on your electrical switches.
