TVTs (Transmissible Venereal Tumour) are malignant (cancerous) tumor. It is sexually transmitted through direct skin to skin contact w/ the tumour that results in cancer cells being transplanted from dog to dog.
Complete surgical excision, radiation and chemotherapy are effective treatment. However chemotherapy is the treatment of choice.

August 29- clinic will open at 9am -12nn
August 30- September 1- NO veterinary services but OPEN for grooming and pet supplies
Regular clinic hours will resume on September 2.

This is Pepper before and after successful treatment of sarcoptic mange. Mange is caused by microscopic mites that invade the skin of healthy animals. The mites cause irritation of the skin, resulting in itching and hair loss.
