Here's a recipe for you guys if you'd like to adapt a plant-based diet or if you'd like to be healthy โจ๐
1 cup of Fresh Lettuce ๐ฅฌ
1/2 a carrot, shredded or julienned ๐ฅ
1/4 a cucumber, diced ๐ฅ
1/2 avocado, diced ๐ฅ
1 tomato ๐
chopped
2 tbsp of Sauerkraut (pickled white cabbage) or Rotkohl (pickled red cabbage) : tอhอiอsอ cอaอnอ bอeอ oอpอtอiอoอnอaอlอ
๐๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด๐ช๐ฏ๐จ:
1 tbsp grainy mustard
1 1/2 tbsp white balsamic or balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive ๐ซ oil
a pinch of flaky salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)
a juice of lemon ๐ or lime
