Did you know that:
Wolves and wild dogs eat bones 🦴, so they must be safe for domestic dogs too, right? Not necessarily!

Cooked bones 🍗🍖are more brittle than raw bones and they are likely to splinter, potentially causing injury to the mouth or stomach. They also present a serious choking hazard.

Recreational raw bones, on the other hand, can help to break down tartar and reduce the risk of gum disease. 🦷

Event with raw bones, however, it’s best to supervise your dog closely while he’s gnawing the bone. When the bone has been reduced to a size that your dog could potentially swallow, throw it away. When in doubt consult your vet or pet store about the safest option. 💯✅
